KIGARI AA TTC #001. KENIA, EMBU.
FILTERKAFFEE V60 / Aeropress / Kalita / French Press
We taste: BLACK CURRENT. LEMON-COKE. FORREST BERRIES.
Endlich wieder Kenia!

NORDIC APPROACH'S STORY:
Kigari Teachers College is located near Embu town. It is a very well managed college which has different businesses. For example, they rent out part of their property to national sports teams due to the high elevation. Moreover, they are very involved in agriculture, like coffee, and own pigs and cows. This also enables them to teach their students right on the compound.
Kigari Teachers College uses Penagos ecopulper to pulp the cherries. Together with a 2-year old factory, the coffee produced at Kigari is of outstanding quality.
Kigari uses the manure of the cows to produce organic fertilizer. They are very open-minded and want to promote young people in the coffee industry.
